Meeting Frequency

  • Suggestion that we make the first Tuesday of each month an “in-person” meeting.
  • Discussion of contract agreement with Masons for meetings.
    • Douglas to be point person.
  • Discussion of raising money for rent for hall by doing another Halloween tag day.
    • Reminder: The club only uses 15% of revenue for administrative uses.
  • October 23 will be tag day.
  • Locations (possibly) may be Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, CDN Tire, No Frills, Foodland.

Golf Wrap-up

  • Chris has in hand.
  • Thank-you letter to sponsors is being written.
  • $20,900.00 in gross revenue.
    • Net profit of $6156.00
    • Record profit.

  • After some discussion, it was decided to put this off until next year.
