Changes to the Not-for-Profit Act

• Affects all Rotary Clubs.
• By-laws must be updated to the new standard.
• Douglas will look at our articles of incorporation to see if we need to be concerned.

Public Image Incentive Program

• From Bill Hagborn (District 7010 Assistant Governor).
• District will give up to $250^.00 to be matched by club, for Public Image program.
• Brenda already submitted a proposal for a tent. (Due to time constraints)

Zambia Project

• District 7010’s Zambia School Project is looking for financial donations to complete some needed work.

2022 Tulips for Polio Campaign

• Does the club wish to participate again this year?
• Yes. We’ll commit to selling 30 boxes of bulbs.

Jennifer Jones

• Incoming RI President, Jennifer E. Jones, will be making a cross Canada tour this summer.
• District 7010 is endeavouring to be one of the stops on her tour.
• Possibly, a group of our club members could travel to one of the stops as representatives?

Bingo

• Our May 18^th date may still be a go.
  • We will be monitoring the situation and keep the membership apprised as we learn more.

Strategic Planning

• Peter Edmunds et al are still trying to find a date that we can do a Strategic Planning session.
• Still working on details and working around COVID restrictions.
